    This course builds on the material covered in PSYC 2910U by introducing more advanced analyses. Students will learn how to use current data analysis computer software to explore advanced descriptive and inference-based statistical data analysis, as well as data modification techniques, in the context of common research problems in psychology. There will be an emphasis on generating results and interpreting results appropriately.

    2. Have a strong conceptual and practical understanding of univariate and multivariate approaches to data analyses.
    3. Be able to generate hypotheses, select the appropriate analyses to address the hypotheses, and conduct univariate and multivariate analyses using statistical software
    4. Be able to visualize the data, interpret the statistical output, and provide a written summary of the results.

    This change impacts students in the Psychology and Forensic Psychology undergraduate programs. It has been discussed, and agreed upon, by the Psychology and Forensic Psychology UPDs, as well as among the faculty members from those programs. The Psychology and Forensic Psychology UPDs also met with the Criminology and Justice UPD on December 1 to discuss.
